Individuals at this level use initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Assessment Methods
Assessments allow us to certify that you meet all the requirements of this course and that you can perform various tasks to the standard required in the workplace. Some common assessment methods include:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
Recognition of prior learning and credit transfer may reduce the duration of a student’s studies. To apply for recognition of prior learning or credit transfer, students must submit an application form along with all documentary evidence to ATI.
