This qualification covers a variety of positions in Business Services leading to equipping individuals to frontline management roles and being able to apply and perform across a variety of industry areas. Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex operational tasks that require self-development skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

Assessment Methods
Assessments allow us to certify that you meet all the requirements of this course and that you can perform various tasks to the standard required in the workplace. Some common assessment methods include:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
Recognition of prior learning and credit transfer may reduce the duration of a student’s studies. To apply for recognition of prior learning or credit transfer, students must submit an application form along with all documentary evidence to ATI.
