This qualification covers a variety of positions in Business Services leading to equipping individuals to supervisory roles and being able to apply and perform across a variety of industry areas. People in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills.

Note: Plus all students must complete an LLN test prior to or at time of course enrolment.
The test must have been taken no more than two years* before you apply to study at ATI.

Assessment Methods
Assessments allow us to certify that you meet all the requirements of this course and that you can perform various tasks to the standard required in the workplace. Some common assessment methods include:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
Recognition of prior learning and credit transfer may reduce the duration of a student’s studies. To apply for recognition of prior learning or credit transfer, students must submit an application form along with all documentary evidence to ATI.
